Workplace Yoga

In today’s busy world it’s never been more important to take time out and recharge. Many jobs involve sitting at a computer for hours constantly bombarded with calls and emails, leaving us very little time to process our thoughts and experiences each day, resulting in high levels of stress, sore backs and stiff joints. Yoga in the Workplace is a great way to boost staff morale, increase staff well-being and self-worth, ultimately increasing productivity and profitability.

You do not need a dedicated workout room or studio. If you have that’s great, all you need is a room with some clear open space. It can have either solid flooring or carpets. We arrive just before the session starts and aim to cause the minimum amount of disruption to your office environment as possible, we tailor a session to fit you and your employees.  Our 50 minute - Lunch-time Class, will leave your staff feeling revitalised with a clear mind and ready to get on with their day, we can even make it a ‘No Sweat Class’ if you don’t have showers or changing room facilities. We will have been and gone before you know it.

We also offer group talks about simple chair yoga and gentle exercises that employees can work into their daily routine to help reduce the stresses and strains of sitting at a desk all day.
